Our call is meant for all the Kongo people, wherever you are : in Africa, Europa, Asia, Australia, North America (Canada, United States, Mexico), South America (Guayana, Sirinam, Brazil, Bolivia, Urugay, Paraguay, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Venezuela, etc.), the West Indies (Cuba, Puerto Rico, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Jamaica, etc.), Réunion Island, the Philippines, etc...

This message is a cry of distress of the Kongo blood. It is a CALL for help and not to war, to all the Kongo people, to you who departed from Kongo recently or hundreds of years ago, whether you left as sleves or free people. We wnat to tell you that your fellow Kongo men and women, your relatives, your ancestors, who have stayed or live in Congo-Brazzaville, are being exterminated, simply because they were born Kongo, the name of the country they live in is Kongo, and this country was sited by God on the course of the big river Kongo.

They are on the way to extermination and their executioner is a barbarous and bloodthirsty non-Kongo man using methods comparable to thouse of the Middle Ages in Europe. This man, named Sassou Nguesso, was driven away from power after a general election, but with the backing of o European head of State - who claims to be a christian - he managed to gather thousands of mercenaries - among whom were hundreds of Whites clearly identified as Europeans - to seize power again in Congo-Brazzaville with bloodshed, and therefore give over Congo’s oil wealth to foreign powers.

So Sassou Nguesso is assuaging his never-endind hatred for the unarmed and peaceable Kongo tribes. The situation is appaling : while hundreds of thousands have managed to flee to neighbouring Congo-Kinshasa or elsewhere, hundreds of thousands have been killed and hundreds of thousands are at the point of death in the forest where they fled and the rivers of which have been poisoned by Sassou Nguesso. The most influential Kongo leader, Bernard Kolelas, could save his life by fleeing to the United States. The French Republic, which should have protected Bernard Kolelas, because of the common History it shares with the Republic of Congo, denied him everything, even a mere transit visa; they have chosen their man, Sassou Nguesso, who defends their oil interests. This man, who is armed with lies, slanders, brainwashing, and all the violence of his sanguinary tribe and his mercenaries - equiped with bombers and ground heavy vehicles - is finishing off the survivors. Indeed, Sassou Nguesso has forbidden the international humanitarian oragizations - the Red Cross, Medecins Sans Frontières, OMCT, etc...)to visit them. As result, they are left to hunger, thirst, illness, nakedness, and they lack medecines.

KONGOS in all the world ! let us tell you that in Europe we are faced with a news blackout as regards the current situation in Congo-Brazzaville. We have no access to the main media ; they are in complete support of the dictator Sassou Nguesso whose job is to give out Congo’s oil. The French press told us the following : « You should create your own television channels and radios ! ». Abroad, in Canada for exemple, the answer was : « Concerning Congo-Brazzaville, we only broadcast the news from Paris », that is to say the news favourable to Congo’s bloody dictator. And when what we say is luckily released or broadcast, the news is completely expurgated : it seems as if the press constanrly feared to put the blame on France by the simple fact of mentioning Sassou Nguesso’s name.

This is the reason why the Kongos of Congo-Brazzaville are calling the Kongos of all the world; help them to make their cry heard in the world and in the United Nations. Too much Kongo blood is being shed by an unscrupulous and barbaric man whose aim is to replease the Republic of Congo by the Mbochi Republic. The Mbochis, his tribe, approve of all his actions by their silence. The Kongo people of Congo-Brazzaville cannot stand seeing their blood shed by a barbarous people anymore, which accouts for 80 % of them asking for a bipartition of the country, either for a separate development, or a future union with the other Kongos of the region, a uniting of the southern part of Congo-Brazzaville or the region of the Pool with another African country, or at last the supervision of the supervision of the southern part of Congo by the United Nations (UN).

Kongos in all the world ! Help us to get out of Sassou Nguesso’s clutches, to rebuild the southern part of Congo which has been completely destroyed, and to obtain the creation of an International Investigation Commission and an International Penal Court for Congo-Brazzaville. Without your help and backing, the European power which protects Congo’s dictatorship will never allow the creation of these institutions. Let your press go and see how isolated and cut off from the rest of the world the Kongo people is ! Moreover, it is time the men and women of Kongo blood, wherever History has brought them, met for a Kongo World Conference, which could be held in a Kongo country - Republic of Congo, Democratif Republic of Congo, Angola, South Africa Republic -, with the purpose of reconsidering their History, their Culture, and their Identity.
